The company was established in 2006 in Xi 'an Hi-Tech Area. ALA formally signed cooperate agreement with Fatigue Technology Inc. (FTI) in 2012 to be FTI's value-added agent in China, providing FTI's advanced anti-fatigue solutions, parts etc as well as value-added sales services and support. From year 2015, ALA was authorized the exclusive re-seller for the main developing aircraft models: ARJ21, MA700 and C919. Meanwhile, ALA was awarded AS9120 certificate。 In 2016, ALA officially signed agreement with MITIS, a France company specialized in technology for innovative vibration drilling and Axial Machining Solutions, as MITIS' formal agent in China, Japan and other Asian regions.
