Armacell is a leading global supplier of environmentally friendly foam cores made from PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Our foam cores, called ArmaForm®, are used in the B&C, transportation, marine, and wind turbine markets. Today, over 100,000 wind turbines worldwide are cored with ArmaForm. ArmaForm is made by Armacell’s unique and patented r-PET technology: made from 100% recycled PET (recycled beverage bottles). Armacell’s patented r-PET technology uses recycled PET bottles that are rejected for re-use by the PET recycling industry. Armacell converts this waste material into a high-quality resource and feeds it back into the production cycle. Last year we achieved the landmark of one billion recycled PET bottles used in our production.
