Bluestar (Chengdu) New Materials Co., Ltd. is owned by Bluestar Group of Chemchina, it’s a chemical new materials production enterprise that is mainly known as F-2 para-aramid fiber, also called aramid 1414 (or aramid II). Since 1980’s, Bluestar (Chengdu) New Materials Co., Ltd began the study on STARAMID F-2 and constantly committed to the research and development of aramid fiber, and successively got major breakthroughs in key technologies of resin polymerization, spinning, solvent recovery. A continuous operation pilot line with a capacity of 50t/a was built from 2005 to 2007 and the product properties reached the leading domestic level.
