The contract was awarded to Tianhai Industry in July amid COIVD-9 pandemic when procurement, transportation and logistics facing grim challenges, and Carbon fiber, an essential raw material key to the production of hydrogen storage system became extremely hard to obtain.

In light of tightened lead time, Tianhai Industry sent out representatives to suppliers to stabilize the supplying channels. Multiple departments were coordinated to formulate a task list, set out quantitative criteria, in an attempt to catch up with the schedule.
