The ATL machine, procured from French company Fives Machining, will help to cut down material waste, decrease the cost, improve the production efficiency, optimize the process controllability and finally provide cemented guarantee for sequencing programs.


According to the plan, the ATL machine will be pre-installed by the end of January, 2022 before entering into a 3-4 months commission period when the workers will be trained in parallel, and put into operation in the middle of May, 2022.

Under the guidance of national strategy, ATCC is dedicated to serve China’s Big Aircraft Roadmap, with its integrated technological strength of research, design, manufacturing and test supported by its Sino-German joint engineering center, and has thus forged a professional and automated production line for the typical structures of commercial aircrafts.

The ATL machine is arrived in the wake of other equipment or machines with high specification, including multi-sized autoclaves, 5-axis CNC machine, 15-meter curing oven, etc, in line with the requirements of National Big Aircraft Roadmap.

ATCC said it will continue to introduce more high-end customized equipment comply with program schedule of key clients.
