This marks a pivotal breakthrough in the domestic, large-scale, and autonomous production of high-end precursor manufacturing equipment.
Since entering the carbon fiber sector in 2013, Jinggong Technology has established a national-level R&D center for carbon fiber equipment. Achieving full localization of key equipment in 2020, the company has since secured contracts for over 50 carbon fiber production lines, holding the leading market share both in China and globally.
The new line employs Jinggong’s proprietary one-step process technology, which streamlines production, shortens cycles, and significantly improves PAN fiber quality. The process achieves a polymerization conversion rate exceeding 90% with minimal side reactions and highly uniform molecular weight distribution, ensuring consistent production of high-quality precursor. Utilizing advanced dry-jet wet spinning combined with high-ratio steam stretching, the line produces dense fibers at spinning speeds of 200–400 m/min.
Leveraging this milestone, Jinggong Technology will further integrate technological and industrial innovation, strengthen its core competitiveness, and drive forward its mission to become a global leader in high-end carbon fiber manufacturing solutions.
