From September 1st to 3rd, 2026, the 29th China Composites Expo 2026 (CCE 2026) will be grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Willis (Cangzhou) Composite Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Willis") will showcase its core product matrix and full industry chain solutions for wind turbine blade core materials at Booth 8N05. The company will demonstrate its comprehensive technical strength and innovative achievements in the composite material sector, particularly in wind turbine blade core materials to global clients.

As a specialized supplier in the wind turbine blade core material industry, Willis is dedicated to the use and production of balsa wood, PET core material kits, and fiberglass kits. Having passed rigorous audits and obtained qualified supplier certifications from multiple globally renowned wind turbine blade manufacturers, the company leverages a modern production base to offer a full-process service system spanning from raw material supply to finished kit delivery. Willis serves both the domestic Chinese market and international markets, including Canada, Brazil, India, Spain, and Poland. In addition to its core kit business, the company is actively engaged in the use and certification of structural adhesives and consumables, steadily advancing its overseas production facilities to accelerate its globalization strategy.

At this expo, Willis will prominently feature its V-Balsa and PET kits. Manufactured using fully automated CNC machining processes that integrate raw material cutting, chamfering, grooving, and drilling, these products ensure superior precision and consistency. Specifically, the V-Balsa offers a thickness range of 5–50mm (metric) and 6.4–50.8mm (imperial). With a production cycle of just 3–7 days from raw log harvesting to T2K finished products, it demonstrates an exceptionally efficient supply chain capability.

To meet the increasingly complex requirements of wind turbine blades, Willis will also present advanced machined products such as UD, LPS, and TERF, produced via its 5-axis CNC machining centers. With a manufacturing precision of ±1mm and splicing gaps controllable to within 0.5mm, these products can achieve complex curved surfaces that are difficult to manufacture manually, effectively ensuring optimal fit and resin infusion processes for blade structures.

In addition to high-precision structural materials, Willis will also present a comprehensive portfolio of consumables tailored for the entire vacuum infusion molding process. In the core sealing and infusion stages, the flexible, high-temperature-resistant vacuum bagging/film, produced via an advanced five-layer co-extrusion process, works in tandem with high-efficiency PP flow media to significantly boost infusion efficiency and minimize resin waste. Supplemented by a full range of consumables, including high-strength Nylon 66 peel ply, release films, and customizable PE spiral tubes, Willis delivers truly efficient, high-yield "one-stop" molding system solutions from core materials to consumables.

Guided by a customer-first approach, Willis consistently relies on its efficient production systems and stringent quality standards to provide globally competitive materials and supporting services for the wind power and composite materials industry. On the occasion of this grand industry event, Willis cordially invites all new and existing friends and partners to visit Booth 8N05 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from September 1st to 3rd for on-site discussions and to jointly explore new development opportunities in the composite materials industry.
