Huarui Aerospace Manufacturing Co., Ltd.'s ultra-large autoclave with an effective diameter of 8 meters and total length of 41 meters has successfully passed special equipment supervision inspection, TUS & SAT, no-load testing and full-load verification with an 80-ton mould, and is officially commissioned for operation. The autoclave features a maximum operating temperature of 230°C and maximum working pressure of 1 MPa. Its commissioning marks a major upgrade to the company's capability for forming and manufacturing large aerospace composite components.

During the constant-temperature phase of no-load testing, the temperature uniformity within the effective working zone (including the can head and can tail) reaches ±1.5°C. Under full-load constant-temperature conditions, the temperature uniformity of the effective working zone (can head and can tail included) is ±3°C. The official operation of this autoclave will greatly boost the independent supporting capacity of China's aerospace industrial chain.
