January 18, Chengdu – A new derivative codenamed as Wing Loong-1E of serial unmanned aerial vehicle developed by Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC) successfully completed its maiden flight.

Being an all-composite and multi-purpose version, Wing Long-1E is developed based on the optimized Wing Loong UAV platform, which has been widely applied in various areas, including emergency rescue, meteorological detection, etc.
