Baowan Composites and Aosheng Technology Reached Multiple Strategic Cooperation Consensus

SUZHOU, China, April 21, 2026 – Senior executives from Baowu Group and its core advanced materials subsidiary, Baowan Composites, visited Aosheng Technology for high-level discussions on deep collaboration, technological innovation, and strategic positioning across the carbon fiber composite material industry chain. The three parties reached multiple consensus agreements.

In recent years, Baowu Group has pursued its "One Foundation, Five Pillars" strategy, identifying the advanced materials sector as a key growth driver. Leveraging its centralized resources as a state-owned enterprise (SOE) and its full-industry-chain synergies, Baowan Composites has rapidly emerged as a technology-driven leader in China's carbon fiber composite material sector.

Aosheng Technology, a national-level "Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative Little Giant" enterprise, has been深耕 the carbon fiber composite materials field for over two decades. Its products are widely applied in high-end manufacturing sectors such as low-altitude economy, wind turbine blades, automotive lightweighting, and new energy storage, offering complete solutions from raw materials to end-use applications. Aosheng's large-scale production capabilities strongly complement Baowu Group's full-industry-chain planning, laying a solid foundation for cooperation.

Xu Wenqian, Chairman of Aosheng Technology, stated that the company has always aspired to become a "global provider of high-end carbon fiber composite material solutions." He noted that this strategic partnership with Baowu Group and Baowan Composites will create a seamlessly integrated value chain—from upstream precursor supply and midstream composite material preparation to downstream application development.
