CHANGZHOU, China - Sinotech Composite Technology Co., Ltd. has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Advanced Technik Composite Corp. (ATCC), marking the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two companies.

ATCC is a globally positioned high-tech enterprise specializing in aviation-grade carbon fiber composite materials. The company holds a full suite of authoritative certifications in the aerospace industry and serves as a core supplier to Airbus, Boeing, and COMAC. It is also one of the few privately owned composite material companies in China that has obtained certification from all three major aircraft manufacturers. Its core business spans aerospace carbon fiber structural components, airborne interior and exterior parts, lightweight components for high-end automobiles, as well as composite materials for eVTOL aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the rapidly growing low-altitude economy. In addition, ATCC provides efficient, low-cost lightweighting solutions for China’s fast-expanding carbon fiber composite application market.

The signing of this strategic agreement represents a proactive move by Sinotech to diversify its customer base, cultivate new growth drivers, and accelerate its expansion into high-value-added sectors such as civil aviation in response to the evolving competitive landscape. Taking this agreement as a starting point, the two companies will pursue comprehensive collaboration in areas including material and process validation for large aircraft, full-system cooperation in the low-altitude economy, and joint efforts in aerospace markets. To ensure effective implementation, both parties have established dedicated teams responsible for project coordination, progress tracking, and day-to-day communication. Furthermore, they will build a stable capacity coordination and supply chain guarantee mechanism to jointly enhance the overall competitiveness of the industrial chain.
