Toyi Carbon and Xujing Technology Forge Strategic Partnership

CHANGSHA/GUANGZHOU, China - On May 11, Hunan Toyi Carbon Material Technology Co., Ltd. (“Toyi Carbon”) and Guangzhou Xujing Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xujing Technology”) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Liu Jinshui, Chairman of Toyi Carbon, and Chen Liping, Chairman of Xujing Technology, jointly attended the event and signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective companies.

The signing marks the entry of the partnership into a substantive implementation phase. The two companies will jointly establish a full-chain collaboration system covering “material R&D - process manufacturing - product application”, and will engage in in-depth cooperation in high-performance carbon fiber materials and advanced carbon fiber manufacturing, supporting the innovation and upgrading of China’s new materials and lightweight products.

Since the beginning of this year, Toyi Carbon and Xujing Technology have conducted multiple rounds of in-depth exchanges regarding the deepening of their strategic partnership. The two sides have gained a thorough understanding of each other’s development history, future strategic planning, core technological advantages, and innovation achievements, exploring pathways to achieve mutually beneficial development.

Xujing Technology specializes in custom process equipment for the FPD and semiconductor industries, including AMHS (OHT), EQ, FOUP, and CST transmission carriers. The company is the world’s largest supplier of cassettes for LCD panels. It has partnered with South China University of Technology on next-generation display panel manufacturing projects and has established a joint laboratory with Xi’an University of Science and Technology for the development of third-generation semiconductor processes.

Toyi Carbon is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in pitch-based carbon fibers and composites. Its technologies have won the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and have been selected as a key national “Little Giant” cultivation program. The company’s 500-ton-per-year mesophase pitch project and its hundred-ton-scale carbon fiber production line are nearing completion. The company will leverage its technical expertise to address lightweight application needs in the LCD panel industry and beyond.

Looking ahead, Toyi Carbon and Xujing Technology will leverage their respective strengths in technology, resources, and industrial capabilities. While focusing on establishing benchmark applications in the LCD panel sector, the two companies will gradually extend their collaboration to related areas such as sporting goods and lightweight UAV components, jointly injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of China’s advanced manufacturing industry.
