OPmobility Secures Major Stellantis Order in Europe with One4You Integrated Solution

PARIS - OPmobility has secured a significant order from Stellantis for the European market through its One4You integrated solution.

Under this agreement, OPmobility will supply Stellantis with a highly integrated tailgate module, integrated rear bumper, an innovative thermoplastic tailgate, and integrated lighting for the automaker’s next-generation all-electric SUV.

This customized tailgate integrated system delivers multiple core advantages for the all-electric models to be produced over the coming years. The lightweight thermoplastic material optimizes vehicle aerodynamics while reducing carbon emissions by 20% compared to traditional steel structures. Leveraging its highly integrated technology, OPmobility has successfully achieved mass production of plastic tailgate systems for B-segment vehicles, setting a new benchmark for applications in this market segment.

This cooperation further demonstrates that major global automakers are accelerating the adoption of the One4You integrated solution. Launched in 2025, the solution has already secured ten strategic cooperation orders from multiple OEMs within just one year of its market introduction. One4You deeply integrates OPmobility’s core technologies in body exterior systems, intelligent lighting, and complete vehicle modules, while also collaborating with the company’s software R&D division, OP’nSoft, to create technical synergies. This integrated modular approach offers both design flexibility and increased value per vehicle, effectively shortening vehicle development cycles and precisely meeting the core demands of global automakers for efficient, high-value-added exterior solutions.
