The association is a voluntary non-profit industry organization composed of composite material industry, recycling industry and related enterprises and institutions, scientific research institutes and industry experts and scholars. The purpose is: Abide by national laws and policies; serve members and reflect their voices; play an organizational and coordinating role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of members; actively serve the government departments, and to recommend industry management policies, preferential tax policies, business guidance and industry opinions. Promote advanced recycling technology and equipment, promote high-value recycling of recycled materials, and promote the healthy development of the recycling industry.
