Intelligent Aerospace Manufacturing Initiates Headquarter & Lightweight Component Production Base

On January 4, Intelligent Aerospace Manufacturing officially unveiled the construction plan for its headquarters and the industrialization base for lightweight components, marking a critical step forward in the company's path toward high-end manufacturing industrialization.

The project, covering approximately 43,000 square meters, integrates advanced technology R&D and transformation, centralized sales and settlement operations, and mass production of core components. Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2026, with completion and operational launch expected in 2028, reaching full production capacity by 2030. With a total investment of 500 million yuan, the project is projected to achieve an annual output value of 1.3 billion yuan upon reaching full capacity.

 

In terms of R&D, the base will conduct continuous research and development on major specialized topics such as industrial machine tools, hot gas forming technology, and carbon fiber composite materials. Furthermore, the company will collaborate with institutions like Beihang University and leading enterprises across the industry chain to jointly establish the "Innovation Center for High-Quality Development of Transport Equipment," fostering a deeply integrated innovation ecosystem combining industry, academia, research, and application.

On the operational front, the headquarters will enhance its functions in sales coordination and settlement. By signing sales contracts with major clients and entrusting processing to its subsidiary production facilities in other regions, the headquarters will finalize sales transactions, thereby improving operational efficiency and resource integration capabilities.

In production, the base will establish multiple intelligent production lines for internationally advanced technologies such as hot gas forming, automotive body beam structural components, and aircraft fuselage structural parts, building a stable capability for batch delivery.

The implementation of this project will effectively elevate the localization level of high-end manufacturing equipment, strengthen China's self-reliance and control in the field of core lightweight components for new energy vehicles and aircraft, and ensure the security and stability of the industrial and supply chains.

The technological capabilities and production capacity developed through this project are expected to further integrate into future emerging industries such as high-end equipment, aerospace, embodied intelligence, industrial machine tools, and additive manufacturing, effectively driving collaborative innovation across upstream and downstream enterprises.
