March 20, 2026 – The GOVY AirCab, a multi-rotor flying car developed by GOVY, successfully completed its first urban flight over Guangzhou’s Haixinsha, signaling a critical transition from production-line development to real-world operational deployment for the company.

As GOVY's first mass-production model, the AirCab features a carbon fiber composite content exceeding 90% of its airframe, achieving a weight reduction of more than 30% compared to conventional materials. The aircraft is equipped with 500 TOPS of powerful computing capability, supports 25-minute rapid recharging, and integrates 5G connectivity with an intelligent voice interaction system in its cabin.

Dr. Su Qingpeng, Founder of GOVY, stated: “Moving from ‘flying with confidence’ to ‘flying with enjoyment,’ GOVY will set out from Guangzhou to usher in the inaugural year of commercial three-dimensional mobility in 2027, making ‘flying taxis’ an accessible travel option for ordinary people.” The city of Guangzhou has already planned over 100 routine takeoff and landing sites and low-altitude intelligent network infrastructure. The successful maiden flight provides a “Guangzhou model” for the national implementation of the low-altitude economy.
