Junhua Co., Ltd. and Luming Robotics have formally sealed a strategic cooperation agreement on PEEK materials and joint modules for humanoid robots. Both parties will conduct in-depth joint R&D into high-performance PEEK composites deployed in humanoid robot joint modules. They seek to establish a full value chain covering modification formulation, precision molding, structural simulation optimization, prototype iteration & validation, and industrial-scale manufacturing. The collaboration will jointly drive technical development and commercialization of next-generation lightweight humanoid robot joint modules. This signing ushers in a new chapter of industrial synergy between advanced materials and robot hardware development.

The agreement kickstarts long-term collaborative innovation between the two enterprises. Moving forward, adhering to the cooperation tenet of “complementary strengths, targeted R&D and joint innovation”, Junhua and Luming Robotics will accelerate prototype iteration, reliability qualification and industrial rollout. Together, they aim to develop market-competitive domestic PEEK joint solutions for humanoid robots.
