(hereafter referred to as Sinoma Overseas)

The investment will be contributed in Reais, the official Brazilian currency, with Sinoma Blades contributing an equivalent of 14 million USD, 70% of Brazil Blade’s shareholding, and Sinoma Overseas contributing an equivalent of 6 million USD, 30% of Brazil Blade’s shareholding.

The JV will be equipped with a production facility with an annual capacity of 260 sets of wind blades.
