The 131m–in-length type is featured with glass fiber pre-quilting design, the adoption of long-distance infusion technology, the 3D design for trailing edge inserts and a string of other innovations.

The new blade enhances its recyclability with the adoption of polyurethane-based structures. It replaces traditional glass fiber-made spar cap with carbon fiber-made counterpart, allowing a significant improvement of stiffness and stability of the blade, and decreases the weight in comparison with other similar-grade products on the market.

The new blade employs high-performance carbon fiber pultruded plates provided by Zhongfu Carbon Fiber Core Cable Technology., Ltd. (ZFCC) These plates are made with SY-48K high performance carbon fiber supplied by Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., which proves to have minimum broken filament rate and superior processibility, thus endowing the plates with extraordinary mechanical performance, higher module, higher strength and enhanced fatigue-resistance when applied with pre-immersed and pre-form system specially designed by ZFCC.

In addition, ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology is adopted in the production process to target internal defects, in an effort to guarantee the reliability of the plates, and improve the operational stability and working life of the blades.

ZFCC has been dedicated to the R&D and application of pultrusion technology for carbon fiber composite in last decades, and have provided effective solutions to electricity, bridge construction and many other fields.
