The gentry-featured machine, designed based on double-workstation concept, mainly for the high-efficient and automated production of hydrogen pressure vessels for passenger cars and trucks, enables a maximum of five cylinders at each side or ten on both to be concurrently wound with one single servo driving device, two times of the present national record, drastically cutting off reloading time.

The machine is applicable for the winding of carbon fiber, glass fiber, and all the other common fibers. It incorporates a diversity of optional functions, including, dual-drive, automatic inflating, flatting, cutting loading and onloading.

The machine boasts faster feeding speed, higher precision and increased efficiency. It is 20% cheaper than other counterparts with same output. It is available with 3-5 spindles but 25% space saving.

Compared with existing multi-axis filament winding machines, GNM-D3500-600 adopts an optimized gantry structure design and higher degree of automation.
