Attending the conference includes local government officials and He Dongfeng, Chairman of COMAC.


       China homemade airliner has entered into a mass-produced development phase, offering unequivocal opportunities for both Shanghai and Lingang District. Local officials emphasized in the conference the aspiration to work more closely with COMAC, to boost opening-up and innovation with enhanced efforts, aiming at a sustained optimization of industrial ecology by adotping down-to-ground measures. The government will issue more favorable policies to attract talents, speed up the construction of an industrial ecology entered on big airliner as well as a civil aviation industrial cluster with global influence.

       In the conference, 15 civil aviation projects are signed, covering the production of body structures, composite materials, airborne systems, etc., the overall investment amount exceeding 26 billion RMB.

       Those related to composite industry include Xizi Spirit fuselage program, COMAC composite center program, ACEE-AVIC aviation engine program, Guanglian Aviation tooling and composite center program, MAKA precision machine program.
