At the meeting, Jian Junfeng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Jilin Economic Development Zone, and Rong Yichao, President of the Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Military-Civilian Collaborative Innovation Research Institute and Chairman of Zhejiang Jiaxing Deyi New Materials Co., Ltd., as well as Yue Fusheng, Deputy General Manager of Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd., signed a joint agreement on the key technology research and achievement transformation project of carbon fiber new energy bus body structure on behalf of each party.

Jiaxing Deyi New Materials Co., Ltd. focuses on the promotion and application of composite lightweight body on mass-produced transportation vehicles. It has developed China’s first domestic carbon fiber composite new energy bus body, obtained 3C certification for the body, breaking through the key technologies for the large-scale application of carbon fiber composite materials in transportation and energy fields, and realizing the large-scale low-cost civilian use of advanced technological achievements.

Previously in Tianjin, the three parties reached a consensus on raw material supply, vehicle production, market promotion, and other aspects, intending to jointly promote the application of carbon fiber new energy buses in Jilin Province and accelerate the transformation of such achievements.

The conference also entailed the launching ceremony of the Jilin-Zhejiang Regional Achievement Transformation Center and other activities such as supply-demand information release conference achievement release conference, experience exchange of technology & finance cooperation, and salons for high-quality development of technology-based enterprises. Jilin Chemical Fiber Group released innovative achievements related to artificial silk, bamboo fiber, acrylic fiber, and carbon fiber.
