The venture, already a leading domestic supplier of automotive exteriors including bumpers and tailgates, will now integrate module assembly operations from both parent companies and expand into exterior lighting and software solutions.


This integration will enrich Yanfeng Omnia’s product portfolio, enabling it to deliver a differentiated suite of integrated exterior systems that combine body panels, lighting, modules, and software—accelerating the company’s growth trajectory. Post-integration, Yanfeng Plastic Omnium will operate more than 38 plants and facilities across China, supported by one dedicated R&D center.

The expansion is expected to generate significant commercial and operational synergies. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals in China and is projected to close in 2026.
