Linzhou, June 29 — Henan Guangyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangyuan New Materials) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Panasonic Electronic Materials.

Guangyuan New Materials is a large‑scale modern high‑tech enterprise integrating the research & development, production and sales of electronic‑grade glass fiber products. As of March 31, 2026, the company has secured a total of 199 domestic authorized patents, including 39 invention patents. Its core offerings comprise electronic yarns with monofilament diameters below 7 micrometres, thin‑type electronic fabrics, as well as ultra‑low‑loss materials such as first‑generation and second‑generation low‑dielectric materials, Low‑CTE materials, quartz fibres and quartz fabrics. These materials serve as key raw materials for copper‑clad laminates (CCL) and printed circuit boards (PCB). Its full portfolio of low‑dielectric products has broken international monopolies, achieved stable mass production and realized domestic substitution. The products are widely deployed in AI servers, new‑generation communication base stations, mainframe computers, aerospace applications, chip packaging, automotive electronics, smart home devices and consumer‑grade end‑products.

Guangyuan New Materials has acted as a strategic partner of Panasonic Electronic Materials for three successive years from 2023 to 2025. The latest signing marks deeper ties between the two parties. Both sides intend to seize development opportunities brought by the AI era, jointly tackle technical challenges for high‑end materials, and foster collaborative innovation across the PCB industrial chain. Prior to the signing ceremony, representatives from both companies held in‑depth, detailed discussions covering future development roadmaps, new‑product development, and long‑term cooperation for high‑speed materials including LDK1, LDK2, CTE, Q‑fabrics and E‑fabrics.
