In a strategic move to accelerate innovation in humanoid robotics and embodied artificial intelligence, Bromake, Zhongke Linghui and Delos Intelligent have officially entered into a collaboration framework agreement.
The partnership will leverage the companies' respective strengths in whole - machine design, advanced material processes, and intelligent algorithms to jointly conduct targeted R&D on lightweight material applications for structural and exterior components of humanoid robots.

Aimed at establishing a “technology‑development‑plus‑process‑validation” collaborative model, the initiative is designed to deliver materials science and structuralengineering support for product enhancements of Zhongke Huiling’s CASBOT Lingbao series humanoid robots.
Bringing together complementary expertise in robotic system design, material forming technology, and AI-driven control algorithms, the three parties will focus on improving key performance indicators such as impact resistance and energy efficiency, while jointly exploring industrial-grade application scenarios for humanoid robotics. This collaboration also marks a strategic step toward long-term positioning in the fast growing embodied AI ecosystem.
Bromake is actively advancing the application of carbon fiber composites in embodied intelligent systems, offering integrated lightweight-material solutions. The company is building an end-to-end simulation-design-process platform to enable functional integration and surface-quality enhancement of robotic enclosures. Through cooperative development with industry leaders and a flexible supply-chain network, Bromake will provide comprehensive R&D support for engineering iteration and technical verification in humanoid robotics.
This tripartite alliance underscores a shared commitment to driving material and technological breakthroughs that can accelerate the commercialization of advanced humanoid robots and expand the frontiers of embodied intelligence.
