On September 18, Kuang-Chi Technologies Co., Ltd. issued a voluntary disclosure announcement concerning newly signed series production contracts for metamaterial products.

The Group recently received notification from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Kuang-Chi Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. ("Kuang-Chi Advanced Technology"). The subsidiary secured one metamaterial series production contract valued at RMB 861.60 million with a single customer, alongside two further contracts totalling RMB 45.29 million with two other clients. Collectively, Kuang-Chi Advanced Technology has executed metamaterial series production agreements worth RMB 906.89 million across three customers.

Per contract stipulations, the associated products are slated for delivery before the close of 2026.

Kuang-Chi Technologies will continue to invest in R&D, manufacturing and testing infrastructure for metamaterials. The company will bolster the market competitiveness of next-generation metamaterial structures, and sustain its market leadership within the metamaterial high-end equipment sector.
