Along with the new branch, a blade production base was also mapped out there, drawing an investment totaling 380 million RMB.

Boasting a capacity of 300 sets of blades per annum, the base would benefit wind farms in close proximity planned in northern Shaanxi, and a vast of neighboring regions, especially eastern Ningxia Hui autonomous region, southeastern Gansu province, northwest Shanxi province as well as west of Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

Operation of the base would be carried out following a top-down approach as normally adopted in blade industry. Raw materials will be procured in a centralized way. And production processes applied are all self-developed and market-proven.

Six sets of molds designed for blades lengthy from 80 meters to 100 meters will be deployed in new facilities upon the completion of construction work within six months.

The establishment of the new branch and new base, according to Sinomatech, will contribute to the advancement of the company’s strategic planning, expand the market share and improve the company’s competitiveness and market status.
