(hereafter referred to as Guangdong Yatai), accompanied by Zhu Zengyu, Chairman of Guangdong Yatai and senior management team.


In the past few years, thanks to the intelligent thermoplastic molding production line as jointly developed by Guangdong Yatai Group, its parent company together with the team led by Chen Yubo, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, the company has broken through the melting and fast forming technology of long fiber and resin, thus enhancing the intelligence ratio of the production line to as high as 90%. The company has now formed an annual production capacity of 800,000 pieces.

In the past few years, Guangdong Yatai has been supplying in scale light-weight, high-performance and low-cost LFT-D-made mold pressing auto parts to GAC Group and other leading OEMs, which are applyed in diverse models including Aion GT, HT, Aion V, RT and UT. The company was actively engaged in the development and production of the body covers of China’s first electric super racing car Hyptec SSR. In addition, the company has also supplied functional composite parts to Dongfeng Auto Corporation and China North Vehicle Research Institute.

Eyeing the booming low altitude economy, the company has established a dedicated R&D team incorporating more than 80 experts to boost the design and promotion of high performance composite components, providing products and technical services to OEMs including GAC Group, AVIC Tongfei, and EHang. In 2024, the company introduced autoclaves qualified for aviation industry, and built high-standard workshops, paying ways for entering the fast-growing low altitude economy.

Now, the company is speeding up acquisition of equipment for the construction of new molding production lines. 2 2000T lines and other 2 1200T lines, according to the plan, will be added to the facility by January, 2025. By then, the company will boast an overall capacity of 2 million high-performance compression molding auto parts, fitting satisfying the requirements from GAC Group and other OEMs for their newly-initiated mass-production programs.
