(in registration), plans to construct a 500MW wind powerrelated project.


The total amount of such investments is 5.8 billion yuan, 3.6 billion yuan for the E-glass fiber production line, 2.2 billion yuan for the 500MW wind power related project.

The projects are located in Lianshui County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, and the construction is scheduled to commence in 2025. After completion of construction, the expected total investment return rate will be 17.47%.

In addition, in order to accelerate the construction of the Jushi Huai'an Intelligent Manufacturing Base project, enhance the market competitiveness, industry position and profitability of Jushi Huai'an, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jushi Group and wholly-owned tier-2 subsidiary Jushi Hong Kong plan to jointly increase their investment to Jushi Huai'an by 500 million yuan in cash. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Jushi Huai'an will be changed to 999.8834 million yuan.

On the same day, it was announced that Jushi Group plans to carry out a technical renovation and expansion project for a glass fiber production line, increasing its annual output to 200,000 tons, with a total investment of 760 million yuan.
