The project aims to establish a high-level, high-standard, and high-output aviation composite materials research and manufacturing base.


The project covers an area of approximately 54,000 square meters with a total construction area of about 40,000 square meters and a total investment of nearly 1 billion yuan. It primarily undertakes the research, development, and industrialization of composite components for civil aircraft. The manufacturing processes include autoclave forming techniques such as manual layup, metal bonding, automated tape laying, and automated fiber placement. The facility will establish a complete production line encompassing all processes from raw material storage and reinspection, component forming, curing, CNC machining, inspection and testing (C-scan, A-scan, X-ray), test piece examination, to painting.

The introduction of this project will promote the advancement of aviation manufacturing technology, drive innovation and improvement in aircraft design, material development, and manufacturing processes among enterprises in the aviation industry chain, accelerate the development of domestic aviation manufacturing, while also filling the gap in the composite materials sector of the local aviation industry chain.
