BAODING, China – On April 26, Great Wall Motor Co., Ltd. unveiled China's first domestically developed GT3 race car, filling a long-standing gap in the country's ultra-high-performance track technology sector.

The GT3 race car is a globally recognized professional racing vehicle certified by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The newly launched GT3 super racer features an independently developed track-grade engine and China's first full-carbon-fiber monocoque cockpit, achieving an optimal balance between lightweight construction and structural rigidity.
Leveraging Great Wall Motor's proprietary powertrain and chassis architecture, the GT3 race car has been developed into two variants, tailored respectively for professional track competition and civilian supercar applications.
Among them, the GF civilian supercar delivers a combined horsepower of up to 1,200 PS, positioning it as a direct competitor to world-class supercars such as the Ferrari SF90 and McLaren 720S. With a significantly lower price point than its overseas counterparts, the model brings cutting-edge supercar technology within closer reach of a broader range of consumers.
