JIAXING, China - SIEHE Group's new intelligent manufacturing facility in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, has entered its final construction phase, with the main structure, production workshops, and supporting facilities now fully completed. The factory is scheduled for official commissioning in the near future, representing a significant upgrade in the company's production capacity, manufacturing sophistication, and delivery capabilities, while serving as a strategic pillar for its global expansion and international market presence.

Located in Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, the new facility occupies approximately 57,341 square meters (about 86 mu) of land with a total floor area of roughly 60,000 square meters. Situated in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta, the site enjoys convenient access to the Shanghai Hongqiao transportation hub and Pudong International Airport, enabling efficient connection to regional industrial resources and global logistics networks, thereby enhancing SIEHE's industrial synergy and cross-border delivery efficiency.

Designed as the primary base for capacity expansion and large-scale production of next-generation intelligent equipment, the Jiaxing factory has been built to high standards of modernization, digitalization, and intelligent operations. The facility features scientifically zoned areas for intelligent processing, R&D and testing, assembly manufacturing, full-line commissioning, and warehousing and logistics, with deeply optimized production workflows and coordination mechanisms to ensure more efficient and stable support for the development, production, and delivery of intelligent equipment and automated production lines.

In terms of core processing capabilities, the new factory will introduce internationally leading production equipment, including DMG MORI 5-axis machining centers, Yamazaki Mazak mill-turn composite machining centers, and Okuma gantry machining centers, complemented by a range of high-precision inspection instruments. Together, these investments will establish a technologically advanced, efficient, and quality-controlled intelligent manufacturing system, significantly improving the machining accuracy and quality stability of large-scale high-end equipment. Upon commissioning, Phase I is planned to achieve an annual production capacity of 500 units of intelligent equipment, substantially strengthening SIEHE's large-scale manufacturing and delivery capabilities while providing global customers with superior high-quality intelligent equipment and total solutions.
