Among them is Kexing Program, with an overall investment exceeding 1.5 billion RMB, and adopting the most advanced process and equipment in the world for the production of E-glass fabrics.

The annual capacity amounts to 300 million m2, nearly 10% of national volume, and 85% of which is applied to local electrical industry.

The program is expected to generate a yearly revenue of 3.5 billion RMB and contribute to a tax of 200 million RMB.

Along with the Xingke Program, a few other glass fiber related programs were also formally operated, including Dingsheng glass fiber composite industrial park program (modified glass fiber composite, alkali-resisting continuous glass fiber mats and CMRT/CFRT glass fiber thermoplastic composite); 400,000 tons raw materials for glass fiber production; 4,800 tons/year glass fiber final products program.
