Following the copper clad laminates facilities, it is the second program launched by Kingboard Holdings Limited in the city of Shaoguan, being significant to the city's electronic industry.

The program encompasses an overall investment of 1.2 billion RMB, 600 million for the first phase. It boasts an annual capacity of 158 mililion meters GF fabrics when the construction work fully completed in July.
