This project adopts the most optimal systems, processes and equipment, filling the gap in electronic glass fiber yarn products with 7-9 micron diameters in Shangyou while providing strong support for localizing the supply chain for copper-clad laminate enterprises in Ganzhou and Ji'an. The project holds significant importance for promoting industrial structure optimization and upgrading, as well as cultivating and strengthening new quality productive forces.

Established in 2016, Yuanyuan New Materials has been deeply engaged in the glass fiber industry for nine years, forming a complete industrial chain of "mineral powder processing - tank furnace drawing - high-end weaving." Upstream, the company relies on its own mineral powder processing base to ensure stable raw material supply. Midstream, through tank furnace drawing technology, it mass-produces 9-22 micron glass fiber yarn with industry-leading precision. Downstream, as the only enterprise in Jiangxi province capable of producing electronic glass fiber fabric, it has filled the gap for electronic-grade glass fiber fabric in southern Jiangxi.
In 2024, Yuanyuan New Materials achieved annual revenue of 464 million yuan across its entire industrial chain, with overall costs reduced by 15% and response efficiency improved by 40%, laying a solid foundation for the rapid implementation of the second-phase project.
Zhang Quanlei, Chairman of Yuanyuan New Materials, stated at the groundbreaking ceremony: "The 150,000-ton glass fiber tank furnace drawing and products production line project is a key component in Ganzhou's strategy to build a highland for the electronic information industry, with completion and operation expected by 2026. Upon operation, the project will enable local direct supply of raw materials for downstream enterprises, reducing procurement costs by 20% and shortening the supply chain radius by 300 kilometers. It will achieve 'multi-purpose yarn' applications, forming strong supporting capabilities for both the electronic information industry in our province and the Greater Bay Area, fully meeting the demand for high-end electronic glass fiber yarn in Jiangxi's electronic information industry, while also providing supporting materials for glass fiber safety products such as new energy vehicle fire blankets. This will further enhance the core competitiveness of Jiangxi's electronic information and glass fiber safety industries. We will ensure the high-quality completion of this project and help form a complete industrial chain for Jiangxi's electronic information sector."
