Strong International Participation
The exhibition demonstrated significant global appeal, with 852 exhibitors from 18 countries and regions, including 737 exhibitors from mainland China, followed by others from Germany (20), South Korea (18), the United States (16), Japan (11), and France (10), Italy (5), and UK, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, North Macedonia, Russia, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, and others.
International engagement was further evidenced by the visitor profile. A total of 27,607 professional visitors attended, representing 84 countries and regions—a 40% increase in geographic diversity. This included 2,124 visitors from outside Mainland China, a segment that grew by 31.7% year-on-year. Notable growth was seen from Thailand, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, and Russia, with increases exceeding 50%. The total number of visitors from ASEAN countries grew by 29.4%, with Thailand and Indonesia seeing remarkable increases of 105% and 68% respectively.
The top sources for international visitors (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) were: South Korea (16.9%), Chinese Taiwan (14.7%), Russia (10.2%), India (10.2%), Japan (7.3%), Thailand (4.1), Indonesia (3.2%), Malaysia (2.9%), Germany (2.5%), Chinese HK (2.2%), Iran (2.5%) and US (1.8%).
Analysis of Domestic Visitor Demographics
An analysis of Mainland Chinese visitors reveals a concentrated industry footprint. Visitors from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shandong alone constituted 67% of the domestic total, with the broader East China region accounting for 78.6%. North China and South China followed as significant secondary hubs, with 7.2% and 4.8% of visitors, respectively. This distribution confirms a gradient development pattern within China, with East China as the dominant core.
A Global Platform for Collaboration
The record-breaking scale and strong international participation at CCE 2025 reflect its pivotal role as a barometer for the global composites industry. The growing international presence can be partly attributed to China's favorable visa policies, which have enhanced cross-border business exchange.
The exhibition has firmly established itself as a key destination for international companies seeking opportunities, partnerships, and insights into the Chinese market. Its success underscores China's expanding influence and integrative role within the global composites landscape.
The organizers remain committed to fostering a platform for global collaboration, bridging markets and technologies, and contributing to a shared and prosperous future for the composites industry worldwide.
